Saturday- Participants depart on Saturday via a flight reserved by HONA and are picked up at the Las Vegas airport by a shuttle. You are encouraged to eat,
unpack, rest, swim, and/or hot tub. Get grounded
by taking a moment alone to absorb the beauty of
your surroundings and let go of your day of
travel by drinking in Zion Canyon!
Sunday- After breakfast, we will meet and go into the Zion Canyon Park for morning meditation, yoga and park orientation. You are free to explore the park and the town of Springdale for the rest of the day until evening yoga at 5pm in our air conditioned yoga room.
Monday- After morning meditation and yoga, today
will be a day for hiking, shopping, and exploring.
Anyone interested will visit the Emerald Pools with
your hiking guide today. There will be an evening
yoga session at 5pm.
Tuesday- Today you are encouraged to go solo into the park after yoga and spend some time at your favorite location. Your mission is to find a quiet place to sit and journal, sketch or meditate while taking in Zion's
amazing Energy. There will be a yoga class at 5pm
after which your guide will outfit anyone going to
the Narrows on Wednesday.
Wednesday- After morning meditation and yoga,
today will be a day for hiking, shopping, and exploring. Anyone interested will hike the Narrows with the
hiking guide today. There will be an evening
yogasession at 5pm.
Thursday- After morning meditation and yoga we
will take group photos in the park to commemorate
our week in Zion Canyon! Today will be a day to finish your shopping and spend some quiet time reflecting on your week of personal and spiritual growth. There will be a yoga session at 5pm after followed by a labyrinth meditation walk outside among Zion's majestic peaks!
We will share dinner together for our final evening.
Friday- Travel to the Las Vegas airport via shuttle van. We will look forward to sharing the beautiful photos we have collected for you of our amazing week next time we touch base. Expect to see the world in a whole new way as you take Zion home in your hearts!
